First things first: you and your guests must always respect our professional entertainers. The person who agrees to the terms and conditions is responsible for the entertainer’s safety and for keeping guests under control. If at any time the dancer is being disrespected and the situation is not handled by the responsible party, the entertainer has the right to stop or end the show completely.

A deposit can be made to ensure no cancellations. Payment of the remaining balance must be made in cash or with electronic app payments upon the entertainer’s arrival. Once the event is confirmed and the dancer is ready, payments are non-refundable. The deposit goes toward the show fee. Since the entertainer will be turning down other work for your scheduled time, late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The deposit also locks in your specific time and date of entertainment, making it non-refundable under all circumstances. We run a professional and upscale company and appreciate your understanding.
If you need to change the date or time of the entertainer’s arrival, please notify us well in advance. Our dancers often work multiple shows in one night, so last-minute or same-day changes are not guaranteed. Booking fees or deposits will not be refunded or adjusted if a change leads to a delay or rescheduling. Entertainers receive their schedules earlier in the week and cannot always accommodate last-minute requests.
Any remaining balances, including extra charges such as parking or valet, must be paid to the entertainer upon arrival — not after the performance.
PlayTime Strippers and our dancers are not responsible for any damages or broken items at the show location. It is your responsibility to move or clear space for the entertainer to perform safely.
By booking, you also acknowledge that not all entertainers can accommodate every time slot, location, or costume/theme request. While we do our best to meet your top choices, we will always send the best available entertainer for your event.
The one-hour window is a security buffer in case entertainers are delayed due to traffic or previous parties. For example, if your party is scheduled for 10 PM, the entertainer may arrive between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM. If there’s a delay over 15 minutes, you’ll typically receive a call.
Once the entertainer arrives, the scheduled time begins. If your party starts late, the dancer is not obligated to wait or extend the show. For example, if the dancer arrives at 9:30 PM for a one-hour booking but the party doesn’t start until 10 PM, the dancer will still only be required to stay until 10:30 PM.
California law mandates that all guests must be at least 18 years old. The person reserving the entertainer must enforce this policy. If someone appears underage, the entertainer will request ID. If they can’t provide valid ID, they will be asked to leave or the performer may cancel the show — no refunds will be given.
Paying the entertainer at the event confirms that the correct service has been rendered and that you are satisfied. Any concerns after payment must be addressed with the entertainer on-site, not with PlayTime Strippers. We are not liable for any cash payments made at your event.
Entertainers are accustomed to surprise parties. Use the special notes/request section during booking to communicate your setup, and we’ll help make it memorable.
To make changes to an existing order, please submit requests at least 72 hours before your event. Last-minute changes under 72 hours — including time, location, or performer — are not guaranteed. If your dancer cannot accommodate the changes and you end up without entertainment, you’re still responsible for paying the base rate for the time slot you reserved.
When booking online, you can list your top three costume choices. Common requests include Cop, Fireman, Cowboy, Construction Worker, Military, Chippendale, Hip Hop, Thug, Security Guard, Jail Inmate, Waiter, Nerd, Doctor, Nurse, Biker, Leather & Chains, Hotel Manager, Pizza Delivery, Businessman, GQ, 50 Shades of Grey, Punk Rocker, Dancing Bear, Maintenance Man, Angry Neighbor, etc.
If your request is extraordinary or outlandish (e.g., Mr. Potato Head, Bin Laden), and it’s a must-have, be prepared to provide the costume yourself or pay an extra fee (typically $150+) for the entertainer to obtain and perform in it.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or cancellation), PlayTime Strippers may need to substitute an entertainer. We will do our best to match your preferences in appearance, outfit, etc., and notify you in advance. In case of a substitution, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
All entertainers are independent contractors, responsible for their own liability insurance. If damage occurs, it is a legal matter between the client and contractor. PlayTime Strippers cannot be held responsible. Clients must ensure public liability insurance covers all contractors at their venue.
PlayTime Strippers is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage, including property loss or personal injury. We cannot be held responsible for natural disasters, accidents, or other delays (e.g., tornadoes, thunderstorms, road closures) that prevent a show or cause lateness. We’ll make every effort to still deliver entertainment in a reasonable time frame.
We’re not liable for incorrect times, addresses, or incomplete info that affect the show. If it’s not possible to proceed due to such issues, we’ll cancel the booking and refund your payment in full.
We cannot guarantee the exact dancer you select will be the one who arrives. Due to high demand, substitutions may occur. However, we guarantee the entertainer will be professional, sexy, and skilled.
No refunds will be issued if a show is interrupted or stopped by law enforcement or if you’re removed from your venue (e.g., hotel, house, bus) for any reason. Unforeseen issues like weather, traffic, or long distances may delay arrival. For this reason, please allow a 90-minute window on either side of your booking time.
For same-day bookings, you must allow a 3-hour window. Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours) may incur an additional charge.
The dancer may arrive anytime within the 3 hours that you specify. If you call to cancel the show after we have booked it, there are no refunds. Booking in advance will ensure you get the entertainers of your choice. Since schedules fill up quickly for our entertainers, it may affect the chances of you receiving the stripper you want if you order last minute.
If you create a charge-back with your credit card company, we will be forced to use a collections agency to recover the charge. You will be responsible for all fees associated with collecting any payment due.
To help avoid any problems during the show, it is in your best interest to delegate someone (best man, party host, homeowner, etc.) to help maintain the crowd and handle any rough play, fights, or unruly behavior. This is very important as such problems may endanger your party and force us to cease the show immediately. Our entertainers are top-notch and should be treated accordingly.
The entertainers are your guests and must be treated with the same respect any special guest deserves. Entertainers can terminate their show at any time if they feel abused, harassed, endangered, or uncomfortable due to attitudes, environment, premises, safety concerns, lack of tips, or poor involvement. If they choose to end the show early, no refunds will be issued.
As the host, it is your duty to ensure all guests abide by these rules and that the space is appropriate for performance. Please have a minimum of 10 party guests or more to help ensure proper tipping.
Have an area for entertainers to change into costume if needed. Ensure a stereo with a CD player and music is available if the entertainer does not bring their own. Be cooperative and enjoy the party respectfully with your guests.
Provide a designated parking spot closest to the venue for entertainers for safety and convenience. Touching the entertainer is not allowed unless invited. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate end of the show and may lead to prosecution. Any damage to the entertainer’s personal items is the customer’s responsibility.
If a stripper brings security, their presence is non-negotiable. Any misconduct—verbal or physical—towards the performer is unacceptable and will result in the show being terminated with no refund.
A changing room may be required for the stripper. If you’d like the stripper to arrive in costume for a surprise, please inform us in advance.
No abuse or throwing objects at entertainers is allowed. Entertainers are not permitted to share personal contact information—do not ask.
A customary tip is at least $20 per guest. The person booking the party should ensure guests are prepared to tip. Entertainers’ performances are largely dependent on tips. Additional charges may apply for lap dances, photos, whip cream shots, games, etc.
If the show is interrupted due to unforeseen issues, you must notify Playtime Strippers immediately during the event so we can attempt to resolve it or consider any refunds.
Recording or photographing entertainers is not allowed unless given permission by the performer. Photos shared publicly may be requested by Playtime Strippers. Failure to comply may result in legal action. All content (photos, logos, images) is copyrighted. Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.
If any rules are broken or entertainers feel unsafe, they are allowed to leave immediately—no refunds will be given. Entertainers may have additional personal rules that must be respected.
Entertainers frequently perform on party buses. Ensure the pickup and drop-off locations are the same. A $25 additional fee may apply. If the locations differ, you are responsible for the return fare (taxi/ferry) and an additional 10% processing fee.
Hotel parties are common. Once you receive your room number, communicate it clearly. You may choose to meet the entertainer in the lobby or have them come directly. Lack of communication may result in cancellation without a refund.
Most male entertainers perform for female audiences only. Some may perform for mixed or gay crowds. If men are present at a straight male stripper show, the entertainer has the right to cancel with no refund. Full disclosure is required at booking.
Some entertainers accept private shows or couples and charge an additional $150 due to lower tipping. Tipping is still mandatory to ensure a complete performance.
The “60-minute” booking is for up to one hour. Whether the show is 5 minutes or 60, the fee remains the same. No discounts are given for shorter shows. Booking fees cover more than performance time (admin, driving, scheduling, etc.).
Most entertainers travel to any city without added charges if it’s within the metro area. Out-of-town bookings are charged $1.25/mile from downtown via Google Maps. Over 200–250 miles may require airfare. Contact us for distance-related clarification.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the stripper you choose will be the dancer that shows up due to our high call volume and online bookings. These girls and guys are in high demand.
